The Eye

The clouds roll in silently poised with no regard for the hour.

The spectrum of greys moving against the winds grain.

A silver flash then the counting of numbers as eye approaches.

The trees begin to dance as the power lines howl like large guitars strings in the foreboding wind.

Boom gates rattle and bend to there own safety concious beat.

The beauty of the mundane structure is put to the test as it doubles down on its integrity to stand firm against the relentless winds.

As all things gently flicker back to normality the eye moves on leaving nothing more then a version of clarity and calmness. A fresh start.
